It is outrageous. A difference between a 168 and a 163 on the LSAT is huge. These are numbers that aren’t easily messed up due to their simple calculation and importance of the result. It appears to be fraud perpetrated on the students and others.

Law students use the rankings of law schools and stats like this to reflect the type of students at the school, reputation of the law school, and ultimately where they’ll spend their megabucks it costs to go to law school.

I’m glad the Uni is taking action but it’s hard to believe there weren’t some double and triple checks on a number as important as this one, especially since this isn’t the only time they messed up the number (but this appears to be the worst).

I wonder if any of the students attending will decide to sue the law school over this.
