U of Washington vs UIUC

<p>I am an international student who got accepted to both schools as social work majors…and I am planning on changing majors to maybe business or economics.</p>

<p>I just want a comparison of the two schools because major-wise…UW seems to be better at social services while UIUC wins in engineering and things like business/economics…they seem similar.</p>

<p>UW:

  • Seattle- major city with opportunities
  • Beautiful campus
  • Higher tuition than UIUC (49k?)
    UIUC:
  • Champaign…corns?
  • Lower tuition (45k?)</p>

<p>I think I like UW better…overall…but UIUC seems better with name value? HELP!</p>
