<p>It tells to go to Online at [Penn:</a> Undergraduate Admissions](<a href=“http://www.admissionsug.upenn.edu/]Penn:”>http://www.admissionsug.upenn.edu/). Select MyPenn Applicant Portal.</p>

<p>But they have not given me an username and password yet. And deadline is feb 28th!</p>

<p>Anyone else having this problem?</p>

<p>Pick up the telephone and call them. If the e-system is down, ask them if they can send you a paper form to complete.</p>
