I emailed UBC, and the lady said it means waitlist - she was pretty clear that it meant waitlist

@user_775550 Hey, I got into Okanagan Campus for Bachelor Of Science in January 28, and I recieved an OIS Award of 20kCAD today. I was wondering if we will still be considered for iMES Scholarship which is renewable every year and I’m keen on it. My second choice is Vancouver, which currently says is being evaluated.
@pofppl, I got accepted into Bachelor of Science on January 28 for Okanagan Campus. Although, My second choice is Bachelor of Science, Vancouver Campus; My application doesn’t say anything about April 10. It just says currently being reviewed and evaluated that’s it. I just checked it.

I have applied to UbcV sciences and have same status I.e. to wait till April 10
What are the academic stats of students who are awaiting ubc sciences decisions ??

but my second major which is Bachelor of Science I am still getting:
