<p>all UC’s must enforce the requirement – actually, the computer does it for them. Of course, if you have stellar test scores (average 760), you could qualify for admission based on those.</p>

<p>No, the 3.0 requirement is for the “UC GPA,” which is allows up to a total of eight (?) semesters of honors credit throughout your sophomore and junior years. So yes, it can be weighted.</p>
