UC App. Will my old classes be considered?

I took 5 online classes from the University of Phoenix in 2009. I took it for advancement at work. It would look better for promotion. I never intended to attain a degree from them.

In the comments at the end of the coursework section, I pretty much wrote what I said above, about how it was for work, and never for the intention for a degree.

I placed them on my UC App. since I have too. I was wondering if they will even look at these courses, and factor them into my gpa. Because I didn’t take them seriously and got a few B-'s and a C.

Think it will hurt me? They probably aren’t even transferable.

I’m not sure U of Phoenix courses are transferable. :expressionless:

Regardless, you need to manually enter them all.

–> Whenever I hear U of P, I think of The Interns with Vince Vaughn and Owen Wilson.

Good move putting them on there, but like Lindy said, they probably won’t change anything. Better to err on side of total disclosure than omitting them!

I don’t think anyone actually knows if they factor them in.

The GPA they look at is the UC Transferable GPA which only considers transferable courses.
