UC Application help?

I’m almost finished with my personal statement. I live in London, UK, am an American citizen born in California, and have a low income background. I also have evidence for it.

Am I eligible for a UC fee waiver? I can’t figure it out, because I can’t go on the next step, because I haven’t finished my personal statement yet. Unless I’m allowed to go back, in that case, can you guys tell me? Because I don’t want to risk it.

You can apply for a fee waiver within the online application and be notified immediately whether you have qualified. You will need to provide your family’s income and the number of people supported by that income.

Your fee waiver qualification page is in the “Submit” section, so you’ll need to finish your personal statements first to access it.
