but i’ve asked this quesiton before to a counselor…and if ucla has a very specific major that basically feels custom made for your interests, then you should let UCLA know this…

if your MAJOR is practically the exact same at all three schools, then theres no point in kissing **** with UCLA…just talk about how this general major interests you…

they can’t reject you for having a dream school…but you can say ucla is your goal and why…without sounding like your too stubborn about it…

thats what i’ve heard at least…other counselors may say differently…again, cardinal will probably give u a better answer but thats my opinion

rhaizen, from what i’ve heard, you can list the newer grade of the repeated course. however, they’ll eventually see the original grade when you send in your official college transcript.

applying as a transfer; should i still list High school activities on the application? its a small community college, so there isnt too many things to join here. i was highly active during high school though.

My Counselor said it would be alright to list some of my high school activities if they were definately big ones like being president or leader of a club and she also mentioned things within 4 years, so i could write what i did in HS my jr/sr year if they were really big leadership roles. I guess it couldnt hurt to write about HS experience if you dont have much to write from ur college experience

I took a one unit UC-NON transferrable course call Student Development. It was a pass, no pass class. Do I add it onto the course list on the UC application?

You dun have to have to be a junior standing to apply to the UC’s rite? Cuz i m currently only a sophmore but i am going to reach junior standing before fall 07, which is the semster that i am applying into uc.

yeah, i will have 60 units at end of spring sem. But Will they accept the summer course credits if u decide to take summer lessons(to increase yr course units)?

you send in actual transcripts after you have been accepted. there is no transcipt sending of any kind during the admission process, but make sure not to lie when your filling the application out.

ok im stupid
i turned in my application last night and got the printout
as i was looking thru it i put a lower grade than what i had in a class on the grade summary. yeah i know double check
