UC Application Summer School Question

Hey guyss I need some help…I’ve had this issue with the UC Application (Undergrad 1st yr admissions, I’m a current high school senior) because I have a transcript from another school for a summer school course (I was taking health, not retaking a core class not sure if that matters) but the summer school credits are also on my public high school transcript, but like I said I also have a separate transcript from the program that summer school was through. Do I need to disclose that I technically attended that school fro summer school? If yes, here is my issue: When I say that I attended another high school it forces me to state the grade level and THEN check a box saying that I attended summer school after ___ grade level, and then wants me to input grades for both the year I attended and the summer school courses but I didn’t attend the school throughout that grade I only took a summer class online through the program. Any help will be extremely appreciated!!

Here’s what our HS guidance office says to do when entering additional schools where you took a summer class:

• after adding the high school, add the classes you took
• Press save and continue. You will get an error message that says you can fix the errors or you can skip this page and fix them later
• Select skip page for now
• Finish adding all the rest of your classes
• If you entered summer courses and didn’t take any classes at that school during the academic year, you will see a message that says “missing high school courses. You did not enter courses for the following schools: NAME of Online School
• Click the box that says “I confirm I have no courses to report
• Explain why in the additional comments section (I did not take courses during the academic year at that school (say school name) and just took a summer course
• Use this space to explain why you chose to take the summer school class
