<p>When an application is under second review, is that a bad thing or good thing? I have yet to hear from UCI or UCR for winter 2006 admission decisions and they are telling me it is under second review.</p>
<p>They hired a second UC person to review your application… if u didn’t BS anything then u shouldn’t worry…</p>
