As I thought, I’m not noticing any changes in my portal and probably won’t until June first. Could be that you guys might be next to get off the waitlist. 
EDIT: Disregard the first part of this message. I just checked my portal again and I am now seeing the management and recommendations page.

@Judexu Try logging out, refresh the page, then log in again.
@jahvascript tried several times already. Still no change. Maybe international students’ are different? That is weird.

Application mgmnt portal is seen… but its not directly accessible…u hav to go through berkely web page…
