if you can successfully reset your calnet password using your ID that means your ID existed from a Cal affiliation.

FWIW, last year my daughter chose Davis over UCSD and UCSB, and was planning to choose it even over Cal had she been admitted RD (she was waitlisted, declined the spot). She LOVES Davis. She does not feel like just a number, lots of opportunities to explore all of her interests, direct access to world-class professors. If you end up there, I hope it is as wonderful an experience for you!

Do you just click on that link and press log in ? is that what you did
Set the identifier type to student ID, paste in the ID from campus solutions, and click “Request reset”
I believe it changes but both mean the same…. Discussed waaaay above.
