is this for the early decisions that are expected to come out for 1000-2000 students around this week?

i got an id through that, but im 99.99% sure im not getting in ucb twins 
i saw a lot of other people got id’s i didn’t check mine
yea i got my ID too but dont think it indicates anything

Seeing the many people receiving these and by the fact that I am not at all confident to be admitted, especially in the early round, I think it might be too optimistic to call it a sign of admission decision.
I see my email, not a 304 ID. Does this mean anything?

yea same, apparently everyone has an id regardless of decision which might be why everyone can see their id but only a few ppl can see email
what does it say?
