Trying to get into Pre-Business at Berkeley and am an out of state student. Strong essay writing. What do you think?

Can you take on the nonresident tuition?

SAT is currently not competitive for Berkeley.
The UC’s (and Berkeley) do not use affirmative action, so the hispanic/mexican wont give you any points.
As an OOS student, you will be paying $55K to $60K per year for tuition because the UC’s are funded by state taxpayers. It is a public university.
