I think you have a decent shot. Great scores, grades, and okay EC’s should make you a strong applicant, although I’m not too familiar with UC schools.
Shouldnt Relay for Life be its own ec?
High Schools against cancer is the committee that plans the relay for life event in our town so that’s what I meant with that
I think you have a great chance even if you are OOS. Good scores, ec’s, and grades. Have you considered financial aid? I have a friend who was accepted but did not attend because of the tuition.

$55K per year, and no, the state will not provide any aid towards that amount.

What’s your UC unweighted AND capped GPA?

Unweighted GPA: 4.00
Weighted GPA: 4.27
Weighted and Capped GPA: 4.20
Note that CS can be done as CoE EECS or L&S CS.
CoE EECS admits to major, and is more competitive than the school overall.
L&S CS does not admit to major (you would be applying to L&S undeclared); if you enroll as L&S undeclared, you need a 3.3 college GPA in the prerequisites to enter the L&S CS major.
