i am still in review and this is bothering me so much.
without a +3.9 gpa didn’t expect to get in, but still…rejection feels weird haha. BUT CONGRATS TO EVERYONE WHO GOT IN!!!

Accepted!! Totally surprised after rejection from UCSD and waitlisted at UCLA!
@CarnegiePride Yeah, I got into both UC Berk and UCLA too. Don’t think that you can’t get into both without having a massive GPA either, as I was accepted to both of those and UChicago with a 4.31 out of 5. I mean I took a shit ton of APs, but still, don’t get too down on yourselves if you don’t have some extraordinarily high GPA.

Got rejected with a 2350 sat and 5.22 gpa (first in my class)? EC’s were good too: two varsity sports, international service trip, president of peer leaders, lab internship, a bunch of specific science ECs, weekly soup kitchen? It wasn’t my top choice but I’m kind of hurt, and they invited me to apply to several scholarships in the last few months so I’m confused why I was rejected? Not even waitlisted. Oh well
