@shoresmom She has to wait a while to access the calnet ID setup. Took me about a day or a two after I SIRed. Kept on telling me it’s a forbidden page as well
@jh1015 If you go into the Housing App, you are asked to specify if you need housing for the “Full Academic Year” or “Spring Semester Only”. Pick Spring only.

I believe if you want Spring Only, you have til a 10/1 deadline. Confirm with Housing - I don’t want to mess you up.

Hey guys, I was just accepted from the wait list but can’t view my financial aid. When I’m in CalCentral and click on “Finances”, all I see is “You do not currently have any Financial Aid information ready to view”. For those who had this problem what did you do?
Hey guys! I’m having a bit of a dilemma in deciding between attending Summer Bridge for the summer or doing an internship at my local clinic. To give a little background, I am admitted to Berkeley for Molecular and Cell Biology, possibly planning to go into the Public Health/Pre-med route. I know that by attending Summer Bridge, I’ll have access to a network of faculty and advisors who will help me transition into the Berkeley curriculum and environment, I’ll be able to knock off 9 units, and I’ll take “beginners” classes that will provide me a solid foundation for upcoming Berkeley classes. However, it is my “last summer of freedom” and I feel like gaining experience from interning at a local clinic will help me later in my career path. Can anyone provide suggestions?
