Hey guys I know this is all speculation and decisions literally come out today but can someone just briefly explain the whole address thing I’m just interested
@Spenalosa A current Cal student chimed in a few days ago on this thread and said there were a few things he noticed in advance of decisions being released that he felt might have correlated with acceptance since he saw them and was accepted. 
One of them was a change in the “Verify Address” section on the right side of your portal page. Can’t recall details of what he said about abbreviations and postal codes, but basically he went from one “mailing” and one “permanent” address to two addresses under each section (for a total of 4). Something to do about Dr becoming Drive, or vice versa, and the zip code going from xxxxx to xxxxx-xxxx. Who knows. But trying to be responsive to you.
According to their twitter page we will be notified before 11:59, but they never gave a specific time. Ughhhh.

Good luck everyone praying for all of us. Berkeley is one of the last reaches I have left for colleges so I can only hope. Whether we get in or not just no that our college doesn’t define us as people and we can excel in any environment!

The decision release time for last three years was 5:00 PST.

They already said the addresses have no correlation to acceptances. Please stop worrying and just wait until tonight.
I had 4, then I had 2, now back to 4. So confusing.

So if you got the FA email on Sunday is there still a good chance on still being accepted?
@collegelover15 Addresses doesn’t really mean anything. People are just thinking too much.
@YoungOne4 S is a soph now. Do not wait by the mailbox today as it will take a couple weeks before you get an acceptance package in the mail.
i know they said late afternoon/early evening but does anyone have any idea what time that might be? Im guessing like 5 pm?
@Jagomezpr Admissions for Regents candidates came out at 5pm in February, so today’s will probably be the same.
For those who already have a calcentral account from signing up for the summer session, under the my finances section, do you have financial award already if u applied for it? Or is there none at the moment?
