I got presir but it seems everyone is as well so I don’t know what to make of it
@Davidjcshen yeah they had my ethnicity and emergency contacts and other stuff down too but no worries man. More indicators will come on your calcentral the next couple of days like the cal clipper id and welcome letters. The day before decisions come out you can expect to see them. Oh and usually people in eecs find out everything first. They knew even before the presir stuff

@slaskinn unless they changed something than presir means you are in. I am pretty sure people don’t have to submit an intent to register for summer classes haha and check here

all of these seem to suggest that presir means you’re probably in
@chrisq it took me an hour and 30 min to receive the calnet id email… so I obviously thought I didn’t get in. But when I made my calnet id and checked my affiliations, it says that I am STUDENT-TYPE-PRESIR. Does this mean I got in, even if I received the email over an hour later?
Are people, who received the Financial Aid email, have been getting “pre-sir” by using the trick? When I finished signing into my Cal account, I was able to see “Pre-sir” and a 10-digit ID (3033…). Seems too good to be true hmm… Anyways, thank you for teaching me the trick. I’ll just patiently wait for the confirmation on Thursday. ._.

My question is what do people who didn’t get in have instead of PRESIR? I haven’t heard of anyone not having that yet. I just don’t want to get my hopes up

omg i just got sent mine an hour later and it says student type presir i really hope this means what i think it means
oh and soon if you guys see the new admit tours notification that is a thing as well that means you’re in
nothing is certain ok but this is just from what happened last year

I am checking threads from last year and people who don’t get in have something that says STUDENT TYPE NOT REGISTERED
We also have to take into account how small the sample size here is. Maybe it’s also people who didn’t get pre sir, don’t want to say.
