People on Reddit called the office. People already got off the waitlist, including internationals
Yeah apparently people have gotten off. I think at this point, treat the waitlist as a rejection if you havenât gotten off already. Good luck to everyone.
Wdym? We dont know how many got off. It could be a very low number and also its way too early. Iâd say that by may 17th if you havent got an offer then yes it would be a rejection

I donât think those people are being truthful quite honestly. The earliest in recent years Berkley has released is the 5th, but that first wave has at earliest been the first Wednesday after the commitment waves. No other internet source besides reddit, including the online counselors, have confirmed any waves. Especially since those waitlist admits are said to be international, with everything political going on, I find that to be highly unlikely. I would call the admission AOâs yourself, because I think people are likely â â â â â â â â

The only AOs reports that said that are from reddit, so once that gets confirmed from any non reddit source or a person who directly called on here, I am not believing it. Honestly though, I think the counselors are still figuring out the first waitlist wave since the decision day was only four days ago and with everything going on in our government right now, so I would give it at least till this Wednesday or next to really worry about this.
I donât think a person would have to lie about Berkeley if they called so many other schools though.
S25 will probably rescind his SIR to Berkeley. He got into UCLA today. So definitely 1 spot opening up..

but he always wanted USC (declined for less scholarship) or UCLA.

yea i did, so did my friends but i dont know why some people are saying that aos have said that people got in
people might be lying lol or they might reach students on that phone line. also im sure some people would provide proof if they fr got in i know i definitely would

yea i def feel like people are lying cuz not one person has come onto this platform and told us i def feel like more ppl check cc rather than reddit and i havenât seen any candidate themselves claim they got in
yea when i ask people for proof they just ghost me (which is understandable, since it has sensitive info), but there are multiple who said theyâve gotten in, so it seems kinda sketchy that no one is willing to provide proof. idk so many people are trying to bait us lol
plus tiktok counsellors like tineo and others wouldâve mentioned it in their video, so i dont think people got off and people are probably just lying. i didnât get time to call the AOâs today but iâll do it tmrw to see for myself and let yall know.
