<p>If they kept [University</a> of California: StatFinder](<a href=“http://statfinder.ucop.edu%5DUniversity”>http://statfinder.ucop.edu) updated, it would be relatively easy to find.</p>
<p>As it is, the latest numbers it has are from 2008-2009, where, for transfer applicants to Berkeley CS, 21.9% of those with 2.60 to 3.59 GPA were accepted, and 58.1% of those with 3.60 to 4.00 GPA were accepted.</p>
<p>Berkeley decided to put the admit rates for the Independent Majors on the transfer brochure this year: <a href=“http://students.berkeley.edu/files/Admissions/12626_5.Info_TransAdm.pdf[/url]”>http://students.berkeley.edu/files/Admissions/12626_5.Info_TransAdm.pdf</a> (admit rate for CS in L&S was 13.4%, not that much better than EECS at 13%). Remember that the transfer applicant pool to the Independent Majors is small so any minor increase or decrease in applicants will swing the admit rates wildly.</p>
