I have taken two semesters of calc and 1 of chem with a 4.0 and I am going to finish the third semester of calc, linear algebra, and the 2nd semester of chem this semester and i think i am probably going to get A’s in those classes too. My problem is with physics. The physics teacher at my CC (College of San Mateo) is totally nuts. One of my smartest friends scraped by with a C in her class. I am thinking about taking physics next semester at a different school with a better teacher. The problem is that if I wait a semester then I wont finish in time to apply for fall 2010 and I am worried that 2011 will be more competitive. Would it be better to get a B or C and apply for 2012 or get an A and apply for 2011?

Try the class first before deciding. You can always drop the class later.
