Uhhh… This is so stressful… but how you guys figure they will release decisions today?
The reason why I am so scared rn is a rep said those waves would be combination of admission and rejection so it would be really hard if any update comes
my page was very different its all white 20 min ago and now its back to normal I am so confused lol.

I strongly considered it but had a meeting with an academic advisor who’s opinion I really value and he basically talked me out of it.
I’m planning to get a masters after my BS and he basically said it would be more beneficial for my grad school chances to graduate early and get a year extra experience doing full time research than graduating a year later with no full time experience.
If I decide instead to go into industry I would also rather have a year of industry experience than graduating a year later.
I received my july extension letter at 11:57 pm on 30th June. So it can probably come today.
Seriously? I think all of us got the email at the same time on June 30. Since it hasnt come out, pls give us a night for rest…Admission letters shouldnt be sent that late
Is any in state student here who have applied financial aid? They will get notification earlier coz that info comes earlier than admission for both Cal and UCLA

I’m guessing admissions is getting pushed back to end of the month or sooner. The the more they draw this out the lower our chances are. At this point if it is August and still no admissions I’m gonna treat that as a rejection.
The admin may consider about school budget as the data has come out that ucla admits 1100 more transfer students than last year

Eh think majority of people gave up/don’t care really anymore/accept that low chances and thinking its going to be a rejection/moved on.
as they said from the communicate email I dont have a place I can call home for fall as an IS, so all I can do right now is trying to keep some little hope
How admission chat being up corresponds with the decision day? Isn’t it always there for prospective and admitted students as well?
I see a lot of people losing hope but honestly i believe this is a unique year in which we really don’t know what will happen. The fact that they pushed until mid July just means that they haven’t figure things out and that we actually still have chances. I will have hope until I received some notification form them.
