<p>Just wondering, If you had a choice between the two, and all things equal (same cost to attend, no specific program) where would you choose to attend and why?</p>
<p>Cal: more diversity, Bay area (USC is in a lousy part of LA, which itself is not as interesting as the Bay area).</p>
