In my opinion, forbidden includes waitlist .
We can’t doubt because forbidden(s) have already ID.
I also registered for pre-college virtual and did not do it. When I log into my campus solution, it shows the same thing as yours.
For the calnet account manager thing I got “Welcome. You have logged into the CalNet Account Manager using your Slate ID. Please use the following form to create your CalNet ID, which will allow you to log into UC Berkeley applications.” Did anyone get a similar thing?
Why would they make ids for students they don’t have space to accept at the moment? That’s why last year not authorized was both
Given the amount of people getting forbidden in the poll, I doubt it means anything.

Barely anyone has answered the poll so far you can’t make assumptions especially because the previous poll had almost 200 responses and was 38 forbidden 62 not authorized. As well as many non authorized people not viewing this discussion after seeing that.
It could also mean that Forbidden = they have updated the decision. And that they are slowly releasing more decisions.

Either WL or Rejected for now. If the Withdraw Application is gone next week, it’s rejeced, otherwise, WL

We should make a poll that has forbidden + accepted to UCLA or forbidden + not accepted to UCLA so we can see what the bias is here imo
Except that the people that are all over this thread and jumping on yet another poll are the ones who have gotten positive reinforcement and are looking for confirmation.
The original poll is at 63/37 which was not far from the the previous year which was predictive.

I am not sure but how forbidden got school ID if it is nothing?
I made another poll which could help us figure out UCLA correlation (assuming that people who get into UCLA are more likely to get into berkeley)
