Theres no way theres more forbiddens than not authorized. Atp maybe berkeley is playing with us and not authorized means acceptance
You might also see forbidden if you did a program at Berkeley previously
well the sample in this thread is technically biased
Someoneās theory is that the poll is selection bias. People who are still on this thread are looking for positive reinforcement and the people who got ānot authorizedā just left this thread.

why are they saying that not authorized = rejection but forbidden = acceptance
