I do not think withdraw forms have disappeared for anyone yet. For other UCs where I got in, I could still withdraw the application before and after I was admitted. If they will remove the withdraw option, it will likely be for rejects. You might be waitlisted and still have the option to withdraw the application later (thus explaining why you are not authorized)

I think according to their February email they said late afternoon to early evening. my prediction would be 4:30 or 8pm.

8 is definitely too late. For a UC, it wouldnā€™t be later than 5 pm PST, maybe 6 pm.

According to Portal Astrology I got waitlisted, but weā€™ll see what happens at 3 PM (in 33 minutes).

For those that are unauthorized, a distinction can be seen in the source code in the withdraw form to discern between a waitlist and rejection. Some people have TT FF, while others have TF FF. Canā€™t tell which one means waitlist and which one means rejection though. I personally have TT FF. Iā€™m predicting TT FF means rejection while TF FF means waitlisted.

Me too, I think I most likely got waitlisted, but we will wait and see in 24 minutes.
