Hello!
I have seen this document

recently and I am wondering whether receiving a request for recommendation letter is good or not. For example, if I received a recommendation letter request does that mean that my chances to get early notification by february 12 and opportunity to apply for Regent’s scholarship are high or not. Also, on the last page of the document, what does it mean recommendation “yes”, “no”. Can you explain, please?
