<p>Thanks, congrats to you too. Yeah I’m for sure going to cal. You should also if it’s close enough to your job and stuff and if you can afford it, in my opinion. I think cal without regents beats davis with regents. But that’s just what I think.</p>

<p>@otterpopp I am stuck between those two schools as well. I loved the city of Davis, it was just such a beautiful place. Berkeley is paying for everything for me though through grants. But I really loved Davis. 99% sure it’s gonna be Berkeley, but yeah. I’m in the same boat.</p>

<p>everyone who applies to UCB is automatically in the running to get the scholarship. Supposedly we only got three more days to wait. Keeping my fingers crossed!</p>

<p>I was just speculating. On the website it says “mid may” so in 3 days it will be about mid may. ("Transfer students are notified mid-May. If you do not see a congratulatory message on myBerkeleyApp, it is likely you were not awarded the scholarship "). It also says that freshman who were awarded the scholarship need to accept or decline the offer by May 15th.
"To accept your Regents’ and Chancellor’s Scholarship, submit the Statement of Intention to Register (SIR) online by May 1 at students.berkeley.edu/myberkeley. Then, return your completed Regents’ and Chancellor’s Tenure Contract 2014-15 by May 15. "</p>
<p>It could also be a few days after the 15th. I think they know that a lot of people are not going to SIR until they know if they have gotten UCB regents or not, so making the decision too close to June 1st will probably not be the best idea. either way I’m being hopeful it takes place either on Thursday 15th or Friday 16th. </p>
<p>I hope it comes out then. Im tired of waiting. haha but I’m happy just to be going there regardless of what happens with that scholarship. I turned down regents at Davis for the chance of getting it at Cal. Did anyone else get regents at any of the other UCs they applied to?</p>
