<p>They will email you this month if you qualify to be a candidate.</p>
<p>so… are OOS students notified for both the semifinalist/finalist status?</p>
<p>I spoke with a Berkeley representative today. She told me that minimal qualification is that you need a 4.0 cumulative GPA. Anything below that and you won’t be qualified.</p>
