I was rejected, as expected, but I would have needed to decline if I was accepted. I could not afford to go both in terms of time and money (my husband and I are planning on having a child in the next two years) and I am more interested in Berkeley for grad school. Congratulations to all of you though, regardless of their decision – you worked hard, and will be successful no matter what!

For those who are wondering for the future: I had 2 addresses the entire time and didn’t get the alumni scholarship email. I never made a calnet so I can’t speak about stuff that showed up there. The addresses don’t mean anything so don’t freak out if you don’t have 4!
