BUT CONGRATS TO EVERYONE!!! So many people were admitted that’s so cool 
As expected, rejected for Celtic Studies with a 4.0 GPA and completed AA degree from out of state CC.
BUT I got into UC Cork in Ireland and realistically it makes a lot more sense to study Irish in Ireland. 
I almost guarantee that I was denied based on the fact that a significant chunk of my credits were CLEP credits (ie, non-transferable by Berkeley standards). Other than that, I had a pretty solid transfer app, so for future applicants, they take their CLEP policy pretty seriously.
Congrats to all who made it!
UCLA has always been my top choice because it means i can stay close to home and getting in is a dream come true…But i’m still disappointed that i got wait listed at Cal though? Welp.
All of you who got in are so deserving! Congrats to you all!!! And thank you all for keeping me company during these last few weeks that were so rough.
Advice to 2019 transfer if you’re reading: relax. The whole address thing probs doesn’t mean anything, though i had two the whole time and got wait listed? And i did get that alumni scholarship email.
