I am currently researching my opportunities as a international student to receive financial aid on some colleges I’ve been looking at.

On UC: Berkley’s Undergraduate Scholarships page:
[UC Berkeley Financial Aid Office: Undergraduates » Types of Aid » Scholarships » Berkeley Undergraduate Scholarship](http://students.berkeley.edu/finaid/undergraduates/types_berkunderscholarship.htm)

It says the following:
“Students entering Berkeley from high school must have a 4.1 grade point average (GPA).”

Since the GPA value here is over 4, I assume it is the weighted GPA. So my question is, since I am an international student, how would they calculate my weighted GPA and or decide if I am eligible or not? We do not have AP/Honors in my country.
