UC Blue and Gold Opportunity program for continuing undergrads...?

<p>Does anyone know if this program applies to continuing undergrads? Like if I didn’t qualify last year but if for example a parent lost a job and we make under the threshold or since they raised the threshold by $10,000 would I qualify for 2010-2011?? Or is it just for new undergrads/ transfers?</p>

<p>Yeah, I saw that but I just needed clarification. I hadn’t heard much of it before now so I wanted to make sure it wasn’t just for new undergrads.</p>
