The impacted information may include full names, addresses, telephone numbers, Social Security numbers, driver’s license information, passport information, financial information including bank routing and account numbers, health and related benefit information, disability information and birthdates, as well as other personal information.
It’s hard to overstate just how utterly incompetent UC was to let all this data get out in one breach. It’s been best practice for over 15 years to encrypt and/or separate things such as account numbers and other highly sensitive information so that individual items by themselves are relatively useless.
Does all of this information include applicants?
