Denied, but expected since I have a 3.4 gpa lol. Got into ucsc though so I’m pretty excited. Congrats everyone!!

Are regents and honors program supposed to be announced with the acceptance letter?
Daughter in for undeclared social sciences. 4.0 UW, 4.18?UC 4.41 W, In state but rural, 8 APS and 6 DE, State champion in sports.

S25 accepted to UC Davis for Anthropology major with only 3.83 UC GPA, while 2 years ago his sister D23 was waitlisted for humanities undeclared with a higher GPA over 4.0. She quickly came off the waitlist in 2 weeks and was also accepted to Berkeley. So I really don’t know how UCs make their decisions. It is really random in my opinion.

It is rolling admission for the waitlist. And according to previous years, there is a good chance of 40% to get accepted from the waitlist.
