<p>Which one has a better business econ major…I am aware that UC Davis offers a different type of Business Econ major…but thats not my concern…I am from the Los Angeles area and trying to decide where to go

<p>I would go w/ UCSB. It’s also a much better social scene.</p>
<p>This one’s a coin flip. Both schools are great (Davis is highly underrated). </p>
<p>Having said that, I agree that UCSB is more beautiful and will have the better social scene–so that would probably be my personal choice–especially if your parents and friends live in southern California. (Easier to get home for the holidays, and transport your stuff to the school, etc.)</p>
<p>i just had the exact same decision as you! i live in northern california in the bay area and i really liked both schools. davis is much closer to me and is a great schoool but i decided to choose UCSB. i looked at the programs and since they are rated pretty much the exact same i had to choose the school overlooking the beach haha</p>
<p>i must say it really was the hardest decision i have had to make thus far! you really can’t go wrong with either but after visiting SB it was too hard to say no!</p>
