<p>The Davis website states that a 3.8 is needed for Regent’s consideration, along with a letter of recommendation. Does that mean a 3.8 by the submission of the application, or 3.8 by the end of the Fall semester?</p>

<p>Probably by the end of the Fall semester. It wouldn’t really make sense otherwise.</p>
