<p>I just got accepted to UC Davis off the wait list for Econ. I recently got my final grades it averages out to a 2.75. It was stated that I needed to maintain a 2.8 GPA as part of the agreement and passing each class with a “C” or better. I did not get anything lower than a C. I however dropped a course and is enrolled in it the same course right now in the summer. Will this affect my admission status?</p>
<p>If it says you needed to maintain at least a 2.8 GPA, then yes it will affect your admission status. You should call admissions to see if they can work something out with you. Good luck.</p>

<p>Coreen, just call them. Most likely they will tell you that you have to explain it in your Course Update. I dropped a Physics class and a Calculus class although they say you can’t get a W or drop a planned course. I haven’t heard anything back yet but I am currently enrolled in both classes for the summer. Once you update your course grades you should hear back within 3-10 days. (The website says 5-10, the woman I called said 3-5).</p>
