With passion and dedication to strive high academically, UC Davis has become my dream college to pursue higher education. With UC Davis’s wide variety of resources it will prepare and benefit me the most. For example, H.L.U.B. Clinic, a student-run clinic aimed to aid the Hmong minority group, has sparked my passion in the health field. Through this internship, I have the chance to explore my career options and get hands-on clinical experience.
Not only is Davis great academically but socially as well. For instance, at an overnight conference, I experienced Davis’s environment and was engulfed with inspiring students. I was amazed by the diversity, cultural richness, and mutual respect of each student. The positive support from each Aggie made me realize that the environment would be a great place for me to continue growing individually and academically. If selected off the waitlist, I would undoubtedly enroll.
