hobo: it’s a possibility. I have a few options. UCSB for winter is one.I am also considering UCI, as they usually also accept winter transfers. I also applied to USD, the private, catholic university. If I get in there, I would transfer this fall (06). I also have a (TAG) with UCSD, so I can transfer to UCSD for the spring of 06.

The last option is to finish up my (TAP) with UCLA, and transfer there for the fall of 2007.

I’m leaning towards staying another year so I can finish my TAP with UCLA. It’s kind of a drag though, as that would mean I would spend 4 years in CC. :/

UCLA regents scholarship decision will be available on the 29th (I just got a letter today) They said that I would need a login and whatnot for the UCLA decisions website inorder to accept the scholarship… so, I think its safe to say that some (perhaps the most qualified) applicants to UCLA will be getting accepted on Friday the 28th. Good news?

Thanks, Malishka and Solakram!
You are right, the semester is only 7 more weeks. Unfortunately that is 7 weeks of commuting and coming home studying, going back to school, etc. for two difficult subjects & 2 other classes. I decided to keep spanish, since I need the language for my major and drop calculus because it is too difficult w/ my other classes. Thank you for the support, though. :)

its pointless to rate your general feelings of the chances you have at getting accepted, if you don’t post your gpa with it. that way it will help others get a sense of their chances lol instead of just posting “4” “6”…post “4 i have a 3.5 gpa, etc”

Good suggestion; I have a 3.69 GPA with IGETC done with some extra activities and good essay; then i think I am:
3. Slightly accepted to UCLA
3. Slightly accepted to UCB

Note: The polls only ask for your own opinions about your chances to see how you feel about your confidence level.
