<p>Can somebody explain to me what this is all about? It said that you must have at least a 410 UC score total if you’re instate. If you get above 410 what does that mean exactly and does it mean that you can have a really bad GPA (below 3.0) and still qualify for the UC’s? Any type of detailed explanation is deeply appreciated.</p>
