UC Financial Aid/Living Off-Campus

<p>So Cal is offering to cover most of my costs and fees according to the costs of living off-campus. I’m am looking for places right now and there are some good prospects, but what I want to know is when this aid starts “kicking-in.” I understand that what they are offering me is still conditional, but I’d like to know if anyone has any idea how early they can start covering/reimbursing me for my costs.</p>

<p>Typically, the UC schools distribute the financial aid a week prior your term begins. I am not too sure about Cal though, however, it should be about the same.</p>
