Major grouping examples would be “arts and humanities”, “business”, “computer science”, “engineering”, “life sciences”, “physical sciences / math”, “social sciences” (there are others as well).

Nursing at UCLA had an admit rate of under 1% during each of the past 3 years

The admit rate for UCI nursing was not much higher than the admit rate for UCLA nursing. UCI nursing also had the highest stat range of UCI major groupings.
