UC General not visible when not logged in

Is it intentional that UC General is not visible unless one has logged on?

@10s4life On Chrome or Firefox, if I don’t log in, all of the UC forums are listed except for the UC General forum. In order to see the UC General forum, I need to log in.

It happens if I go this route: http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/alphabetic-list-colleges/ or this route: http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/c/
