Internship, community service, sports, blah blah blah. EC and essays are good.
Your GPA seems a bit low for CS. SAT score is excellent. However UC seems to put more emphasis
on GPA more than the test scores. I think you are on the bubble. My GPA was higher than yours at 4.27 but my SAT was lower than yours at 1400 (780 math). I got denied for CS at UCSB but they gave admission to the College of Letters and Science, where I can pick another major.
Well, we will see how it goes. I got into UCSC and I’m happy going there but I’ve sort of wanted to go to Irvine or SB all of high school. But I’ll be cool with wherever I go. Good luck to everyone!

@SweetCaliforniaWeather-12 They say some film schools are considered legitimate schools (if they are a visual & performing arts college too). But some others are merely considered courses, like just a private institution that offers courses on film etc.
