People saying they got in right now really makes me wish my portal wasnt down.
Are they only sending offers to freshmen applicants right now or also the transfer?

So are the out-of-state applicants the only ones who have received their decisions?
@veeveeanz Who knows whats the truth. No one so far on this portal has said (Freshman applicants) that they have recd. admission. Everyone has said their friend or friend’s friend have recd. it. so I dont trust it till we start seeing the admissions / rejections for people on the portal itself. and then too there should be a few not trickling in one by one.
@veeveeanz No didn’t receive yet. And in state peeps r going to get before OOS and international.
Nothing on the portal for this Virginia applicant… I will check again later today.
Although I am pretty frustrated on this whole UCI experience. Lack of communication from them is appalling.

I applied to almost all the UCs and only ended up getting into UCSC and UCR, I’m really worried i’ll get rejected from UC Irvine and have to go somewhere my parents aren’t really proud of, (I obviously know that UCSC and other schools i got into that are non UC are good but I still can’t help feeling that way). I really hope that I can get in, but my stats seem to not be good enough.
