Just got rejected… UC system is whack this year. My friend with a 3.4 was waitlisted while I had a 4.02 and got rejected.

Honestly, I just want an answer from UCI soon (whether it’s a yes, no, or maybe) so that I can start thinking about going for the colleges that I got accepted to. I got into some in-state (Cali) but I also have amazing out-of-state schools which are top for my major, so if I’m going to move I need to plan. UGH JUST MAKE UP YOUR MINDS UCI AOs
I just logged in and I got rejected idk when it was updated. But I’ve been checking rigourously throughout the past few days and I couldn’t get in my portal this morning. I would check just in case.

I just checked my portal and nothing yet. Will UCI email you when your portal has a decison?
@Docstat26 I believe so but sometimes, they send an email prior or after the update on your portal so it’s best to check both! Good luck!
