Looks like 05/30 was the last off-the-waitlist wave for incoming freshman. Did anyone get off the waitlist for Electrical Engineering during any of the waves?
Possible of another wave or 2 since there is a deadline o 07/01/25 for admitted students to submit their final transcript(s) up to their Spring 2025. Those admitted students who received a D or F grade(s), failed to take or complete the in-progress and planned courses on their UC application, or inaccurate self-reported academic record could have their acceptance offer rescinded and possibly open spots for students to get off the waitlist if UCI hasn’t achieve their quotas yet. It’s not over until UCI informs it is over. Let’s keep the hope alive guys! (Well, I’ve already got off the waitlist, so I’ll pray for you to get off the waitlist list instead.) Good luck!

very likely. praying there’s another wave but not counting on it.
im getting very frustrated. i highly doubt that there will be more movement so can they just reject me so i can move on? i keep on holding out hope that maybe this week will be the week i finally get off but time and time again i am proven wrong. i just want closure at this point,

Does anyone know admissions are closed? Was thinking they will let us know even though they could not offer admission.
UCI will usually send a notification of when the waitlist is closed or send denials to all waitlisted applicants once they are done with the waitlist. When???
