I was hoping you would answer that for me from before but I found out how to do it. I e mailed “admit@ucr.edu” with my name, birth date and Application number stating I’d like to withdraw. the next day I got an e mail saying it was processed. i logged into my ucr portal and all but two tabs are gone and my welcome message is back to Welcome to UCR etc. I’m assuming it’s done. For San Diego, there is a clickable link to withdraw. I hope you choose the right decision. You will be spending some time at the school of your choice. @BumblebeeCW
Didnt the state legislatures announce that they are increasing the funds to csu and ucs to accept more students into admissions? It was announced two days ago.

This is good news for those of us still waiting. I’m hoping this is what they were waiting for. Read the bottom portion pertaining to UC’s.
I assume you’re referring to the budget increase of $25 mil, and the caveat that, “in return [for the budget increase], [the UC system] must increase in-state enrollment.” I wonder, though, if that applies to us or future applicants.

I have a question. Why UCI wants me to have high school, college final transcripts? I know that I have to give college final transcript but why high school transcript even through I am from transfer.
@JC1005 I have to request hs transcripts as well. As what @ARandomPerson1 stated, it’s most likely to see that you graduated.

@CancelOut Sorry I didn’t answer you sooner about the ucr sir I completely forgot. I got an email yesterday asking for my ID number now I’m just waiting for it to process. I actually decided to go through with San Diego. I think that’s a better option for me. I wish you the best of luck at UCI! After weeks of being tortured on the wait list we finally made it guys! I’m so happy for all of us

For admitted students, when does the admit letter arrive in the mail?
mid july instead of end of june now…? im guessing that’s a good thing?
@CancelOut it took about a week and a half for the physical mail acceptance letter to come in. It was very generic, the portal contains more important information than the actually letter. But I did get a paper UCI pennant, so that was exciting.
